**Why does mobile grooming cost more?**
Mobile Grooming is a convenient service where we bring the salon directly to you! The grooming van is completely self contained meaning the only thing you need to provide is your pup. Our pricing reflects our commitment to providing an all inclusive service for your pets needs. All essentials are included in every service. We pride ourselves in our quality work, compassion and patience with each client, these factors contribute to the value of our services.

**What vaccinations are required?**
All dogs are required to be up to date and current on their rabies vaccine. Rabies is legally required in the state of Indiana.

**Do I need to be home for my pups appointment?**
For your first initial appointment we require you be there for our first meet and greet! After that you may consider trying our "latch key" service, meaning a key can be left, garage or door code so we can still keep your pet on their grooming schedule while you are working or unable to be home. We do require for this service your pet be contained in one area of your home where they can be safely and quickly accessed.

**Why is there a window for my appointment time?**

There can be many unforseen factors in mobile grooming making it difficult to arrive right on time in every instance. Traffic, weather, previous appointments running over are all possibilities as to why we may be running behind. Just like other service providers like plumbers, electricians etc. a window is provided to give an approximate arrival time.

**How often does my dog need to be groomed?**
In general, it is recommended to keep your dog on a 4-6 week grooming schedule however this can also vary on the type of breed or type of haircut you are choosing to maintain. The longer the cut the more maintenance.

**Do you need to use our water or electricity?**
Nope! Our van is fully converted and climate controlled.

**Can I stay with my pet during grooming?**
Unfortunately for insurance and liability purposes, we can not allow anyone into the grooming van when services are being performed. In general, most pets are calmer in an environment where they cannot see or hear their owner. When you are there they tend to be overly excited or anxious and this can create a dangerous environment while trying to groom. Safety is the first priority, know they are in gentle caring hands.
